Hot Lips: Easy baiter, pretty easy to stack. Nice level topline, Not very angulated in the rear, Nice front. Good bone. Beautiful head. Croup a bit flat.
Klinger: Nervous with height; would not stand on table. Short couple. Excellent bone. Good rear and front angulation. Ears set a bit low. Good croup but tail carriage a bit erect at this age. He roaches his back when stretched out, probably because he isn't yet strong enough to stand naturally with his big rear angulation.
Klinger again. Nice puppy. (I have no idea why he closes his eyes when he baits.)
Trapper: Easy to stack and was comfortable on the table. Very interested in the bait. Longer couple and not as angulated as Klinger. Topline still a bit roached because of the large rear angulation. His croup is not flat like Hot Lips. Nice head. Excellent bone. At this point, I like Trapper better than Klinger, but my opinion could change on the basis of the 7-week audition.
Trapper again.
