Most of her long, useful life was spent in that county and in Wayne county, where she resided for many years. She had been twice married, her first husband being Raleigh Chilton, long since deceased. To this union two children were born, Mrs. S. L. Leeper and C. W. Chilton, both of Mill Spring. Her second husband was R. H. She also leaves a brother, Wiley Roberts of Hammond, Indiana and 19 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Huff was well and favorably known throughout a large portion of Wayne county, and her children and other relatives here are among the leading citizens of the county. She was in every sense a good and noble type of pioneer womanhood, and her departure from the scenes of her earthly career will leave a void that will not be soon or easily filled. To the bereaved relatives and friends is extended the profound sympathy of all who knew Mrs. Huff.
