Rosa McHorde was born July 3, 1863, in Lincoln county, Kentucky, and was married to Wm Young Nov. 23. 1892. To this union were born four children, who with their father survive her. She departed this life Jan 24, 1906. She had been a member of the Baptist, church 17 years. The funeral services were conducted at the residence near Conception by Kev. O. C. Carden, pastor of tbe South Methodist church, at Guilford after which the remains were laid to rest in the Cooper cemetery, south of Stanberry. Mr, Young and family have the sympathy of the neighbors in their sad bereavement.
