JAMES MONROE JORDAN4303 ANDREWS (Staff) - James Monroe Jordan, an 83-year-old retired Cosden Oil Co. employe, died at 6:15 p.m. in Permian General Hospital.
Services are to be at 10 a.m. Saturday in Singleton Chapel of the Chimes, with burial in An drews Cemetery.
Born July 27, 1887, in Boonesvill, Ala.; Jordan resided in Coahoma for 25 years and here for four years. 
Survivors include a son, R. B. Jordan of Andrews; two daughters, Mrs. Ruby Redway of Grandfield, Okla., and Mrs. Lorene Gray of Van Horn: nine grandchildren, 26 great grand children and two great great grandchildren.
