KIberlon, Ga., September 23.— (Special.) — Mrs. Lucinda Jones Heard, wife of the late Robert M. Heard, died this morning about seven o'clock. Only a few months ago occurred the death of her husband. She is survived by the following children: John T. Heard, L. M. Heard, Parks Heard, Mrs. M. A. Pharr of Washington, Mrs. J. E. Johnson and Mrs. J. T. Dennis. The interment will take place here tomorrow.
