Benjamin and Eliza Miller have not definitely been located in the 1850 or 1860 census. However, there are some Miller households listed in the 1850 and 1860 Census of Williamson Co TX. This is where their daughter Lucinda and her husband Alfred Conner settled when they first came to Texas in 1848. Since is possible that some of these families were close to Benjamin Miller, they are listed here:

Notes for Eliza (Spouse 1)
Little is known about Eliza Briggs except that she married Benjamin Miller in Montgomery County Illinois in 1825.
2953 Montgomery County is in the southwest of Illinois, about 190 miles East of Cedar Township in Boone County Missouri, where Benjamin Miller and wife and two young sons were enumerated in the 1830 census.
The family was next listed in the town of Prarie in Washington County Arkansas in 1840. This was another 150 miles South of Cedar Township. At that time the record listed a male 40-49, a male 60-69, and a female 40-49. Two of these were presumably Benjamin and Eliza; it is not known who the older man was—likely it was the father of either Benjamin or Eliza. There were three sons and three daughters.
So far, Benjamin and Eliza have not been located in the 1850 census.
