Addkison Rites To Be Tuesday1508 Mrs. Olive Olin Addkison, 87. wife of the late David Eugene Addkison, died Sunday morning at a local nursing home following a lengthy illness. She lived at 626 Chickasaw Ave. with her son, Warren E. Addkison.
She was the daughter of the late Francis Warren Olin and Malvina Robbins. Her father was a building contractor and built the first church for Capitol Street Methodist Church, where she was a charter member.
She was a native and life-long resident of Jackson, a graduate of Central High School, and taught Sunday School for a number of years. She is survived by three sons, Warren E. Addkison, William L. Addkison, and Nolan Stewart Addkison, all of Jackson; a sister. Mrs. W. G.. Brady, Jackson; five grandchildren. Mrs. Cecil A. Rogers. Jr, New Orleans, La., Nolan Stewart Addkison, Jr., William Lake Addkison, Jr., Margaret Ann Addkison, and Carol Louise Addkison, all of Jackson; and one great grand-daughter. F
uneral services will he held from the Wright and Ferguson Chapel at 11 a. m. Tuesday conducted by Rev. E. E. Samples, pastor of Capitol Street Methodist Church, with interment in Cedar Lawn Cemetery.
