On 12 July 1869, John and Emily Tharp transferred to Henry Tolls their interest in 200 acres of land that was originally purchased by Elijah Fisher in 1825 and 1835:
160 acres as follows: Township 6, Range 1W, NE quarter of Section 36
40 acres as follows: Township 6, Range 1W, S half of the W half of the SE quarter of Section 25
