Betty Newhouse
Services for Betty Newhouse, 73, will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Arlington Mortuary in Riverside. She died Saturday of a heart attack at Corona Regional Medical Center.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the mortuary. A rosary will be recited at 6:30 p.m.
Burial will be in Riverside National Cemetery.
Mrs. Newhouse, who was born in Oilton, Oklahoma, lived in Lake Elsinore 26 years. She was a homemaker for 54 years.
She was a member of St. Francis of Rome Catholic Church in Lake Elsinore for 26 years and a member of Guadalupanos of Lake Elsinore for 5 years.
Mrs. Newhouse enjoyed plants and cats.
She is survived by her husband, Jim; 2 daughters, Dolly Lacy of Wildomar and Sandie Gonzales of El Toro; a son, Randol of Wildomar; 6 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren.
