For six weeks he was going to be 'our' pick of the litter and we only switched to Bruiser at the last minute. Clayton showed Bomber to his championship--put the full 15 points on him. He finished with back-to-back 5-point majors in Reno in June of 1993, when he was two and a half years old.
For eleven years, Bomber owned Julia and Rasyad Chung in Berkeley and was soul mate to Savannah Tal of Camelot and Camelot's Indian Summer, two others of the Camelot family. He was buried this week in his backyard, in a special bag made for him by Rasyad, along with the ashes of his favorite playmate, Savannah, who passed away three years ago.
